  • Carol McOmish has been a member of the Victorian Bar since 1994. She practises in the areas of testators family maintenance, administration and probate, wills disputes, equity, and trusts. Her practice involves advice work, drafting documents for the conduct of litigation, drafting wills and trust deeds, appearing in interlocutory applications and at trial, representing litigants at mediation, and conducting mediation. She is accredited as a mediator, is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and is a member of the Editorial Advisory Committee to the Wills & Probate Bulletin.
