Nick's principal areas of practice are:
General commercial
Property including sale of land, adverse possession, advice and disputes under the Subdivision Act and caveat disputes
Leases including Retail leases
Probate including TFM
Trade practices disputes
Practice Court and Masters Court Applications
Nick has an extensive appearance practice in the above areas including trials, interlocutary applications and attending mediations. He also has an extensive paperwork practice including drawing pleadings, affidavits and advices. He has also given a number of recent seminars relating to the Retail Leases Act 2003.
Nick completed his articles with Abbott Stillman and Wilson and worked with Purves Clarke Richards prior to signing the Bar Roll.
Nick is an Accredited Mediator with the Victorian Bar.
