John did his Articles with Price Brent and signed the Bar Roll in 1989.
John's principal areas of practice are sale of land, property, equity, probate and wills and general commercial litigation.
His work ranges across the following:
causes and applications in the Supreme, Federal, County and Magistrates Courts;
mediations;
drawing pleadings, affidavits and other documents;
advising in civil litigation, general advice work;

John is also a current author of Butterworths Bankruptcy Law and Practice and the current author of the "Contempt of Court", "Insolvency" and "Leases" titles in the Butterworths publication, "Court Forms Precedents and Pleadings Victoria".
John is married with 4 children.
