Kim's practise at the Bar has principally involved personal injury litigation [ common law, Workcover and TAC], Magistrates Court [civil and criminal] and family law matters.

Prior to joining the Bar Kim worked as a Solicitor in general practice for 9 years with J N Zigouras & Co. gaining very broad experience in civil matters particularly in the areas of contractual and commercial disputes, family law and plaintiff personal injury.
