Carmel is a former Registrar of the Family Court of Australia. She is an accredited mediator at the Victorian Bar and a member/former member of various Tribunals and administrative regulatory Boards (including the Commonwealth Migration Review Tribunal [MRT], Victorian Small Claims and Residential Tenancies Tribunals, Anti-Discrimination Tribunal and other administrative regulatory Boards).
