Trevor practices in a broad range of commercial and civil litigation including contract, company, insolvency, property, insurance, building disputes, partnership, negligence and equity. Trevor also provides regulatory advice to a government agency with respect to a national heavy vehicle road transport scheme.

He appears in all court jurisdictions from Magistrate's Court to Supreme Court, VCAT, Federal Court, Directions hearings and Practice Court. All types of interlocutory applications and associated paperwork as well as trials and hearings.

Trevor has a special interest in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is an accredited Victorian Bar Mediator.

He is available for advice given in conference and in writing; All types of paperwork including pleadings, affidavits, applications and other court related documents.
