In his 19 years at the Bar Tony has had extensive experience both prosecuting and defending in the practice of Criminal law. This practice has been in all jurisdictions from the Childrens Court to the Supreme Court.

Tony also has wide Coroner's Court experience involving occupational health and safety issues. In addition he has appeared on behalf of families in the Royal Commission into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody.

As a consequence of his Criminal law experience he also has experience in appearing before Disciplinary Tribunals and prosecuting and defending Crimes Family Violence Intervention Orders.
