    Stephen also holds a part time statutory appointment as Chairman and Presiding Member of the Independent Gambling Authority of South Australia which is the governmental regulator of gambling activities in that State. Stephen is a member of the General Synod of the Anglican Church of Australia and a member of the Melbourne Diocesan Council and Law Committee. Stephen is retained legal counsel to a London based clinical trials practice.
