    * Price fixing claims
    * Sale and leasing of businesses.

    *advising and appearing for TFM claimants and Executors.
    * advising and appearing in contested Will cases including disputes over the "forfeiture rule", undue influence, lack of capacity and illegality.
    * Mediating Will disputes.

    *advising and appearing in urgent cases often seeking injunctive and other relief.
