Roger practises in the areas of building disputes, town planning, compulsory acquisition and property disputes.

Roger is also a Member of the of the Domestic Building Tribunal presiding over disputes involving all aspects of residential building and associated insurance. He has acted as an arbitrator on numerous occasions and conducted many mediations for the County Court and Domestic Building Tribunal. Roger was previously a committee member of the Building Disputes Practitioners Society.

1972 - 1989 Roger was a Director and principal design engineer for R.W.J Young Pty. Ltd. supervising the design and construction of local goverment works; major shopping and commercial developments,structures; water and waste water distribution and treatment systems including pumping stations and processing plants.

Roger maintains his qualification as a professional chartered engineer.
