Since coming to the Bar in 2000, Andrew McClelland has acted in many large and complex commercial disputes. These disputes have involved various areas of the law, including contract, corporations law, equity, and professional negligence. He appears regularly in the Supreme Courts of Victoria and New South Wales, and the Federal Court of Australia.
Before coming to the Bar Andrew completed his articles and then worked as a solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in their intellectual property group. He then moved to Norton Gledhill where he worked in their commercial litigation department for three years. During his time at Norton Gledhill he was appointed a Senior Associate.
