Bernard Carr has broad experience in commercial litigation with an emphasis on building and construction, and insurance matters. He is experienced in large and complex proceedings involving computer based discovery and hearings.
He completed his articles in the Construction and Property Law Department of Clayton Utz, Melbourne, and worked as a solicitor in the area of commercial litigation for 5 years before joining the bar.
Prior to completing his legal qualifications he worked as a consulting engineer with a U.S. based consulting group and was principally involved in large scale infrastructure and mining developments in Australia and South East Asia.
