  • Prior to coming to the Bar, Simon was an Associate at Abbott Stillman & Wilson (now Dibbs Abbott Stillman) working in the Commercial Litigation department and as part of the Construction and Planning team.

    Simon has a broad commercial litigation practice and appears regularly in the Magistrates', County and Supreme Courts of Victoria, VCAT, the Federal Magistrates' Court and Federal Court of Australia.
