Prior to coming to the Bar Dominic practised as a solicitor with Rennick & Gaynor for 6 years gaining experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation. This included matters in the Supreme Court involving constructive trusts, building and construction and property law.
In 2006 he was commissioned by RMIT to research and write a report for the Building Commission entitled "Prompt Payment Issues in the Construction Industry; International research into prompt payment and adjudication in the Building and Construction Industry".
Dominic will practise in commercial law, building and construction law, criminal law, family law, commercial leases and tenancies, probate, wills and estates, common law, property law, and town planning.
Dominic is available to appear in all jurisdictions and travel to suburban and country Courts. He is also available to meet with clients on site or at his instructor’s offices as required.
