Maryanne was admitted to practice in 1983 and signed the Bar Roll in 1989.

She practises in most areas of commercial dispute in the superior Courts. Her particular areas of practice are banking and finance, credit law, trade practices, property and sale of land, franchises, insurance and commercial leases. She has a depth of experience in all aspects of work associated with such matters including drafting of pleadings, advice, injunctions, mediation, trial preparation, the conduct of trials and appeals.

Maryanne has a special interest in banking and finance and is the Chair of the Banking and Finance Section of the Commercial Bar Association. She is a co-editor of the recently launched Commercial Bar Association newsletter.
