Jamie was called to the bar of England and Wales in 1999, and requalified as a Victorian Legal Practitioner in 2004.
Jamie practises in all areas of commercial litigation with a specific emphasis on corporations, insolvency, contracts, Trade Practices, professional indemnity, insurance, and trusts. As well as conducting trial and appellate advocacy, principally in the Supreme Court and Federal Court, Jamie also provides pleadings and opinion work.Before arriving in Australia Jamie practised in the offshore jurisdiction of Jersey, and before coming to the Victorian bar he was a senior associate in the commercial litigation department of Gadens Lawyers.
