Prior to being called to the Bar Noam was an Associate to Her Honour Judge Harbison and Her Honour Judge Nicholson of the County Court for two years. He has experience in all aspects of civil interlocutory proceedings, pleas in mitigation, criminal directions hearings and case conferences.

Before his appointment as an Associate Noam practised as a solicitor at Dwyer & Co., a boutique commercial firm where he acted on behalf of both corporate and personal clients in varied matters such as debt recovery proceedings, franchising, property transfers, drafting of Wills and probate applications.
