Jonathon conducts a general civil law practice, predominantly in the areas of commercial and tort law. Jonathon is available to appear in all Victorian and Federal courts and tribunals. Jonathon is skilled in the drafting of pleadings and in providing complex legal advice.

Jonathon is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and conducts mediations in all areas of law.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Jonathon was a solicitor at Phillips Fox (now DLA Piper) and at Harris Carlson Lawyers. He has also worked in a tax consulting role with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.

Jonathon studied at the University of Tasmania and the University of NSW. He is widely published on a broad range of topics.
