John's principal areas of practice are general commercial litigation, sale of land, property, equity and probate and wills.

  • mediations;
  • drawing pleadings, affidavits and other documents;
  • advising in civil litigation, general advice work;
  • John has also published a number of articles:

    He has delivered CPD seminars on topics including remedies for breach of contract for sale of land and interlocutory injunctions.

    John is a current author of Williams Civil Procedure Victoria;Butterworths Bankruptcy Law and Practice and the "Contempt of Court", "Insolvency" and "Leases" titles in Court Forms Precedents and Pleadings Victoria.

    John is married with 4 children.

    John is a member of Asialink's Chairman's Club and the Chancellor's Circle.
