Andrew Crozier-Durham

Andrew for some years conducted a general practice with an emphasis on Family and Criminal law. He now provides a specialist service in the area of family law and its associated jurisdictions involving the breakdown of defacto relationships. In addition to court appearances he is available to provide both written and oral advice and preparation of court documents.

In the course of his family law practice Andrew has appeared in many conciliation conferences and in more recent times mediations which have successfully resolved financial matters at considerable financial and emotional saving to clients.

Through his membership of the Army Reserve from 1967 until 1994 Andrew has a sound knowledge of Military Law and an understanding of the problems faced by service personnel on separation with respect to residence of and contact with children. the division of property, superannuation and maintenance.

Andrew is an Accredited Mediator.

Fees; Andrew is generally prepared to negotiate within the range of fees set out in Schedule 2 of the Family Court Rules or in accordance with any recommendation of the Victorian Bar Council.
