Nik Dragojlovic

Nik Dragojlovic is a commercial barrister, also specialising in administrative law and planning law.

Nik is available to appear at both trial and appellate level in Victorian courts and tribunals as well as relevant interstate jurisdictions.  He is also skilled at providing detailed and practical written advice on complex matters of law and procedure.

Prior to becoming a member of the Bar, Nik practised as a solicitor in the banking and finance group at Blake Dawson Waldron, where he acted for government departments, financial institutions and large corporate clients.  As a consequence, he has extensive knowledge of the structure and methodology of large scale corporate and project financing transactions.

Nik also serves as an officer in the Australian Army Reserve.  In this role he has held a variety of command positions, as well as appearing and providing advice in relation to disciplinary hearings and administrative inquiries.  Nik has a Graduate Diploma of Military Law (with Merit) from the Australian National University.

Nik has previously been involved with a number of community organisations, including as a rostered volunteer with Youthlaw (Young People's Legal Rights Centre) and as a Board member of the Youth Affairs Council of Victoria.  He continues to undertake pro bono work as part of his practice at the Bar.
