ROSS GORDON was educated at Camberwell Grammar and Melbourne University, where he graduated Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce in 1975. Ross also holds a Graduate Diploma in Management (RMIT). He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and was accredited as a Specialist in Criminal Law with the Law Institute of Victoria. Ross undertook his Articles with Mallesons and in 1978 joined the Legal Aid Committee, now Victoria Legal Aid. Ross held a number of positions including those of Solicitor-in-Charge of the Frankston and Ringwood offices and in 1991 was appointed Director of the Criminal Law Division, a position he held until his departure from VLA in May 1996.

MICHAEL ROWAN has been in the service of the Bar for approximately 35 years, the last 31 as a Barrister Clerk in the employ of Ken Spurr and more recently Gordon and Jackson. He brings to the office a wealth of experience in dealing with the profession.

SUSAN WILKES commenced with Gordon & Jackson in July 2011. Susan graduated Bachelor of Laws, University of Adelaide in 1988. She has a legal background primarily in criminal law handling indictable crime. Susan achieved Specialist Accreditation in criminal law with the Law Institute of Victoria in 1996. Susan was Associate to the Honourable Justice Olsson, Supreme Court of South Australia. She has worked with the Criminal Law Section of the Legal Services Commission of South Australia, the Criminal Law Division of Victoria Legal Aid, with David Tonkin & Associates and with Leanne Warren & Associates.  Before relocating to Melbourne recently, to join us, Susan was employed with a community based organisation in the mental health sector in Adelaide in Communications/ Business Services. Susan is a keen Carlton supporter.
